EXHIBITOR/FOOD EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the NZ Halal Show!

This form is an Expression of Interest only. Once submitted, our team will review your application and be in touch with site options, invoices, and next steps.

Spaces are limited and subject to approval. This event connects you with your core audience while introducing your brand to new customers.

If your expression of interest is successful, we will contact you with an invoice. Sites are only confirmed once paid in full.

SETUP DETAILS:

Indoor Exhibitor Sites:
Setup: Friday 30 October - 10am-9pm  
Packdown: Sunday 1 November - 5pm-7pm  
Optional Packdown: Monday 2 November - 9am-12pm*  

*Please let us know if you require Monday packdown.

Outdoor Food Sites:
Setup: Friday 30 October - 10am-9pm  
Setup: Saturday 31 October - 8am-10am  
Packdown: Sunday 1 November - 7pm-9pm  

All exhibitors must be set up and ready before gates open at 10:30am on Saturday.

SITE DETAILS:

INDOOR TRADE SITES

Marquees, gazebos, and ezy-ups are not recommended indoors as they block lighting and can reduce visibility of your display.

Includes:

  • Social Media announcement.
  • Company profile on our website.
  • MC announcements and interviews over the weekend.

4x4m: $990 + GST

6x4m: $1190 + GST

Custom sizes: $55 + GST per m². Please contact us with your requirements.

OUTDOOR FOOD FESTIVAL SITES

All food vendors must be self-sufficient, including power if required.
All food must be halal compliant. Additional information or certification may be required.
Tow Vehicles (if you have a Food Trailer) will need to be parked in the exhibitor parking.

$900 (includes GST)

Food sites require a $500 bond.

POWER INFO: Power is not supplied unless selected.

A standard 10A supply is suitable for light use such as lighting, laptops, EFTPOS, TVs, and small displays. It is not suitable for high-power appliances (e.g. heaters, kettles, coffee machines, or multiple fridges).

If you require higher power usage, please specify your requirements below.

Any power requests not booked in advance will incur a late connection fee, payable directly to the venue electrician.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. General Conditions

  • All exhibitors and vendors must complete registration and payment before securing a space.

  • No sharing or subleasing - one business per site only.

  • The NZ Halal Show is strictly a halal-compliant event. All products, services, and food must align with halal guidelines if required.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse or remove any exhibitor/vendor not meeting event standards.

2. Booth & Stall Setup

  • Indoor exhibitors: Booth allocations are final and must be set up within the specified time frame.

  • Your site is a blank space on concrete - NZ Halal Show will only supply rear walls. Stallholders must bring their own equipment, including tables, chairs, and extension cords (if purchasing power).

  • Outdoor food vendors: Must arrive and set up within the allocated time frame. No late setups will be allowed and we can't have vendors/vehicles moving once the show opens.

3. Compliance & Safety

  • All attendees must comply with event regulations, including venue health & safety requirements for event setup.

  • All exhibitors/vendors must comply with council regulations, including food safety and business licensing if required.

  • Electrical appliances must be tagged and tested for safety.

  • Do not overload power outlets. Additional outlets must be installed by the venue electrician and will be charged to you.

  • No smoking or vaping on-site.

4. Bonds, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Exhibitor and Food Vendor bookings are final. There are no refunds for cancellations.

  • Exhibitors/vendors who do not show up forfeit their space.

  • Stalls must remain open for the entire event duration—early pack-down is not permitted.

  • A $500 bond is required for outdoor food vendors. This will be refunded after the event, provided your site is left clean and undamaged.

5. Liability & Conduct

  • Exhibitors/vendors are responsible for any damage to their allocated space or equipment.

  • The organisers are not liable for theft, loss, or injury at the event.

  • All businesses must conduct themselves professionally - offensive or disruptive behaviour will result in removal.
